1.Who we are

This website is run by Andreas Antoniou (Trading) LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus (registration number HE 68789, VAT number CY10068789J), with its registered office and showroom at Neas Ionias 12b, Aradippou, Larnaka 7101, Cyprus.

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything about your data, write to [email protected] or to the address above.

2.What data we collect

When you send us a request through the consultation form, the Contact page or your Selection, we collect:

• your name, phone number (with country code) and email address;
• your district or town, and the company name if you give one;
• how you prefer to be contacted, and whether you would like a home visit or a showroom visit;
• your message, and the products you saved to your Selection (collection, model, size and finishes).

When you call us, send a WhatsApp message or email us, we keep the details you give us so that we can reply and follow up.

When you use the website, our servers record technical data for security: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. Our security check on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) also processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from automated spam.

Only if you accept them, analytics and marketing cookies collect information about how you use the site. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive data such as health information. Please do not include it in your message.

3.How we use it

We use your data to:

1. Answer your request: call or write back, give advice and arrange a home visit or a showroom appointment.
2. Prepare a quotation and handle your order: measuring, ordering from the manufacturer, delivery, installation and after-sales service.
3. Send you two emails about your request: our acknowledgement with your reference number, and our team's internal copy of your request.
4. Keep the website secure: block spam and abuse, and investigate problems.
5. Understand and improve the website, and measure our advertising, only if you have accepted analytics or marketing cookies.

We do not send newsletters, and we do not use your data for automated decisions about you.

4.Legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on:

• Steps before a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b)) for answering your request, quotations, orders, delivery and installation.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for keeping invoices and accounting records as Cypriot tax law requires.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for keeping the website secure and preventing spam, and for keeping a record of your cookie choices.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics and marketing cookies and for loading the Google map. You can withdraw it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

5.Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, each bound by a data processing agreement:

For your order, we share the necessary details (for example measurements and the delivery area) with the manufacturer, PDP Box Doccia in Italy, and with any installer working with us.

Transfers outside the EU. Where a provider processes data in the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to a court or the tax authorities.

You have the right to:

1. Access the data we hold about you and receive a copy.
2. Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
3. Delete your data, when we no longer need it or you withdraw consent, unless the law requires us to keep it.
4. Restrict how we use your data while a question is being resolved.
5. Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
6. Data portability: receive the data you gave us in a common format.
7. Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Iasonos 1, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

8.Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site securely, and analytics and marketing cookies only if you accept them. The Cookie Policy lists every cookie and lets you change your choice.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters to you, we will say so clearly on the website.
