1.About these terms

These terms apply to the website andreasantoniou.com.cy, run by Andreas Antoniou (Trading) LTD (registration number HE 68789, VAT number CY10068789J), Neas Ionias 12b, Aradippou, Larnaka 7101, Cyprus ("we", "us").

They also set out the general conditions for our quotations and orders. Your written quotation may contain specific terms for your project; where it does, the quotation takes priority. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Cypriot and EU consumer law.

2.Information on this website

Product information, dimensions, finishes and images come mainly from the manufacturer, PDP Box Doccia (Italy). We keep them up to date, but the manufacturer may change its products. Colours on screen can differ from the real finishes; we recommend seeing the samples in our showroom.

This website does not sell products online and shows no prices. Requests sent through the site, including your Selection, are enquiries, not orders.

3.Quotations and orders

1. After your request, and where needed a measuring visit, we send you a written quotation with the products, finishes, sizes, price, any deposit and the expected lead time.
2. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change after that period.
3. An order is confirmed only when you accept the quotation in writing (signed, by email or by message) and, where the quotation says so, pay the deposit.
4. Prices include VAT unless the quotation says otherwise.

4.Made-to-measure products

Many of our enclosures are made to your measurements and finishes in Italy. For these:

• Measurements: our specialist takes the final measurements on site, or confirms measurements you provide. If you provide your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy.
• Approval: before we place the order with the manufacturer, we ask you to approve the final dimensions, finishes and any drawing.
• Cancellation: once a made-to-measure order has been placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled or returned, because the product is made to your specification. This is also why the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to made-to-measure goods.
• Deposit: a deposit may be required, as stated on the quotation. It is not refundable once production has started.

5.Delivery and installation

• Lead times on the quotation are estimates based on the manufacturer's schedule. We will tell you promptly about any delay.
• We deliver and install across Cyprus. Installation, when included, covers fitting the enclosure as quoted; it does not include building, plumbing, tiling or electrical work unless stated.
• Please make sure the site is ready: walls and floor finished and level, the shower tray or base in place, and clear access for our team.
• Check the products on delivery and tell us about any visible damage within 48 hours.

6.Trade accounts

Architects, designers, developers, contractors and installers can request a trade account. Trade accounts are approved at our discretion and are subject to the commercial terms agreed with each business.

7.Warranty and liability

• Products carry the manufacturer's warranty from PDP Box Doccia, and, for consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity under Cypriot law. We handle warranty claims for you.
• The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation by others, misuse, lack of maintenance or harsh cleaning products. Our care advice is in the product documents.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow this limitation, for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.Intellectual property

The design and content of this website belong to us. Product images, drawings and technical documents belong to PDP Box Doccia and are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you accept a quotation applies to that order.
